Briar Rose Winery owner, Les Linkogle, took a moonlit boat ride over to Catalina Island the other night with his friends while they cracked open a bottle of his un-named wine. We’d love to hear your ideas for naming this bottle of wine. The winner will will receive a private wine tasting for two at Briar Rose Winery. Wine country cuisine reflects a deep appreciation for nature and the magic of each season.
You will learn to prepare easy meals with an authentic wine country style. These classes will highlight the best each season has to offer.

Our cooking demonstration will feature a welcome appetizer, followed by:

• Celery, Parsley & Prosciutto Salad
• Cinnamon-Pancetta Carbonara with homemade pasta
• Crème Brulee

Classes will be limited to only 30 participants. All participants will receive printed recipe cards, a sampling of the food prepared and of the course, fine Briar Rose Wine.
