Background: There is nothing quite like the Briar Rose Winery. Nestled in the gentle rolling foothills of the Temecula Valley, the vineyards are home to Premium World Class Estate wines.  A stroll around the charming, fairy tale estate reveals the relaxed and peaceful attitude that goes into each bottle of wine produced by Briar Rose.  The winery annually produces between 2,400 to 3,500 cases and is known for producing world class award winning Cabernet Sauvignons, Zinfandel, Petit Verdot, Viognier and Merlot. Other offerings include, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, a Super Tuscan Blend, Gewurztraminer, and a wine lager, “Talking Frog”.

All the wines are unfiltered with no added sugars.  Racking – the process of moving wine from one barrel to another – is performed every 90 days by hand.  This exposes the wine to oxygen and helps clean it up by separating it from tiny solids left over from fermentation.  For more information on the wine making process please view the section of our site called “Wine 101″ under the “Fun Stuff” menu.

The Briar Rose Winery has created a unique and charming wine experience for guests and wine lovers. We invite you to come and “Taste the Enchantment” and enjoy our wines from the Ultra PremiumPremium, and Standard Tasting Menus.  Briar Rose is the premiere wine experience in the Temecula Valley Wine Country.
