Galentine’s Day Weekend FAQs :

What is Galentine’s Day Weekend?
A special weekend at Briar Rose Winery celebrating friendship—think pink, hearts, and a fun, festive winery vibe.

What are the dates for Galentine’s Day Weekend?
February 5–8.

What are your hours during Galentine’s Day Weekend?
We’re open 12:00 PM–5:00 PM each day.

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended. We honor reservations before walk-ins, and walk-ins are welcome as availability allows.

How do wine tastings work?
Wine tastings are seated at your own private table. Your server will come to your table to guide you through each tasting.

How long does a wine tasting take?
Wine tastings typically take about one hour, but you’re welcome to stay and enjoy your table longer as time allows. It’s very common to order a glass of wine or a bottle to share after your tasting is complete.

Do I have to do a wine tasting, or can I just get a glass of wine?
You do not have to do a tasting. Glasses of wine and bottles are available for purchase, based on availability.

What time is the last seating for wine tastings?
4:00 PM is the last tasting availability.

Are you offering wine flights?
Yes! For Galentine’s Weekend, you can upgrade to our “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” Wine Flight for +$2. It’s served all at once in fun, festive mini cups (limited availability).

Will there be a special menu?
Yes! We’ll have a special themed menu during Galentine’s Weekend.

 What food will be available?
You’ll be able to purchase themed charcuterie boxes and other small bites (as available).

Will there be specialty drinks?
Yes! We’ll have one specialty drink, and we may offer two or three—all available that weekend only.

Will you have non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes--non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

When is the cotton candy vendor?
The cotton candy vendor will be on-site Saturday during open hours (while supplies last).

Is this event 21+?
Wine tastings and alcoholic beverages are for 21+ with valid ID. Guests under 21 are welcome to attend with a supervising adult.

Can I bring kids?
Yes--children are welcome with adult supervision. Please keep little ones close so everyone can enjoy the experience.

Can we come as a group?
Yes! Groups are welcome. Reservations are strongly recommended so we can seat you comfortably.

 What should we wear?
Totally optional, but encouraged: pink, red, sparkle, and hearts—think daytime glam and “pre-game before your girls’ night out” vibes.

 Is there a dress code?
No formal dress code--dress cute and comfortable. Wine tastings take place outdoors, and some seating is in our garden area, which requires walking through grass, so we recommend comfortable shoes.

Can we take photos?
Yes! Feel free to take photos and tag us on Instagram.

Is the event indoors or outdoors? What if it rains?
Galentine’s Day Weekend is primarily outdoors. If it rains, we’ll offer limited indoor seating as available. Reservations are strongly recommended, and we honor reservations before walk-ins.
