Recipients must be 21 years of age. Once every other month, the credit card you leave on file with us will be charged. The exact charge will depend on your club selection and which wines we are including in that selection for the shipment or pickup. All boxes vary in pricing from shipment to shipment. |
Pickup & Shipping2PICKUP - You can pick up your wine club wines at the winery at your convenience on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from noon-5pm.
SHIPPING - You can choose to have your wine shipped to your home! A shipping charge of $22 will be added to your every other month wine charge. Someone over the age of 21 is required to sign for your shipment, so select an address where someone can sign from 9am-5pm. Terms and Conditions for wine club (Subject to change) |
Our Membership Terms & Conditions:
I understand that my membership at Briar Rose Winery is ongoing. A minimum of 6 months is required to qualify for membership benefits. I understand that I may cancel my membership after 6 months but must do so in writing 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. I understand that I am required to notify Briar Rose Winery of any address, billing or shipping changes to avoid delays. Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties will result in additional shipping charges. Up to three Pick Up membership selections are held at the winery at a time. If wines are not claimed by then, they will be carefully packaged and sent to your shipping address on record and shipping charges will be incurred. Winery reserves the right to delay shipping due to weather conditions that may not be ideal for wine. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. All wine orders must be placed and received by a person 21 years of age or older. Shipper requires verification of age at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. If wine is returned as a result of the inability to provide age verification or multiple attempts to deliver, all associated costs will be the responsibility of, and charged to, the customer. Briar Rose Winery reserves the right, without notification, to change: wine club charges, member privileges (discounts and tastings), event dates, and shipping arrangements at any time. I have read and accept the Briar Rose Winery Membership terms and conditions. Therefore, I authorize Briar Rose Winery to bill my credit card on the first business day of the month. This includes applicable tax as required by local and state laws.
